German Brass nous présente un enregistrement avec des chansons de Noël du monde entier. Il nous montre comment les cuivres transmettent harmonieusement la joie et l'atmosphère de la saison : les trompettes festives étincellent, le son doux des cors insuffle de la chaleur à la musique, les percussions ajoutent des éléments ludiques. Une expérience d'écoute joyeuse et réfléchie. Cet album comprend des mélodies internationales populaires telles que Joy to the world, O come all ye Faithful, des favoris américains tels que Have yourself a merry little Christmas ou Rudolph the red noseed Reindeer ainsi que les rares belles chansons ukrainiennes : Nebo yasni zirky vkryly et Shchedryk. D'autres points forts sont les arrangements de trois chorals de l'Oratorium de Noël de Bach qui capturent merveilleusement l'ambiance festive de Noël.
